堀江被告保釈に関する記事から、覚えておこうと思った語句や表現を少し _ψ(‥ ) ｶｷｶｷ... してみました。自分なりに編集している箇所もあります。

～を保釈する
to release ～ on bail
bail は 保釈金、保釈 の意味では [U] 不可算名詞ですので、bails とはならないようです。
ちなみに 「保釈する」 は 「保証金に基づいて釈放する」という意味ですが、英語では on bail （保証金に基づいて） release （釈放する）= release on bail とそのまま表現するんですね。

ちなみに、The Daily Yomiuri の記事（ソースは Kyodo News）では上記の表現は使われておらず、corporate accounting fraud が使われていました。適当な日本語訳が浮かびませんが、簡単に言えば要するに粉飾決算または不正会計ということでしょうか。どなたかご教示いただけると嬉しいです。
ふと思ったことなのですが、英語では具体的に表現されることが多いと聞きますので、漠然と「証券取引法違反の罪で逮捕された」というよりも、具体的に「不正会計で逮捕された」とか「粉飾決算で逮捕された」とした方がやはり英語らしいのでしょうか。

自分なりに口頭で人に説明するときは、例えば下記のように言えるでしょうか。
He has been indicted for Securities and Exchange Law violations. Spreading false information and fabricating financial reports to be exact.
Spreading false information と fabricating financial reports については以下で確認いただけます。 to be exact は「正確には」の意。
堀江被告は、風説の流布、有価証券報告書の虚偽記載、２つの罪で起訴されている。
Horie has been indicted on two charges: spreading false infromation to investers and fabricating financial reports.
