という英語を聞きました。漠然とした予定の場合、上記のように、plan には -s をつけて plans とするのが普通のようです。

○ We don't have any plans for the weekend - why don't you come over? (LDCE)

「予定」は plans です。単数形 plan で使うと = idea「考え」です。
