金融庁は14日、消費者金融大手アイフルに対し、全店舗を対象にした業務停止命令を出した。
The Financial Services Agency on Friday ordered major consumer loan company Aiful Corp. to suspend operations at all of its outlets.
強引な取立てを行っていたらしい。
They say the company was using overly aggressive debt-collection tactics.
さらに、書類を顧客に渡していなかったらしい。
They also say the company had failed to provide documents to borrowers.
５店舗で違法が発覚した。
Violations were uncovered at five (Aiful) locations/outlets.
アイフルは、可愛らしい小型犬チワワを使ったテレビ広告を利用して視聴者の気を引こうとした。
Aiful sought to appeal to TV viewers with an advatisement featuring a cute chihuahua puppy.
